Blazon was born with a mission: to proclaim biblical truth and carry forward a legacy of faithful teaching.

Founded by Israel and Priscilla, Blazon stands on a multi-generational heritage of discipleship and ministry. For decades, their families have labored to edify the Church in Brazil through sound theology, relational discipleship, and a deep commitment to forming mature followers of Christ. This legacy was shaped in part by missionaries, such as the Huber family, who were sent from the United States to Brazil, planting churches and establishing communities rooted in the gospel.

From this foundation emerged ministries such as Orvalho, led by Luciano Subirá, which has impacted thousands through Scripture-centered teaching, and Paz Church, shaped by the Huber family’s vision of relational discipleship and church life. Together, these works reflect a shared commitment to raising believers marked by integrity, maturity, and devotion to Christ.

Blazon exists as both a response of gratitude and a work of conviction. What was once sown into Brazil is now being stewarded to serve beyond it. As the fruit of a missionary legacy, Blazon seeks to give back to the nation that once sent, while carrying forward the work entrusted to the previous generation.

Israel Subira is an author, teacher, and publisher committed to equipping believers through biblically grounded, practical teaching that fosters spiritual maturity and faithful discipleship. He studied at the Forerunner School of Ministry at the International House of Prayer University and Biblical Literature at Oral Roberts University. He also serves as a translator and editor of several of Blazon’s published works.

A graduate with honors in Biblical Literature from Oral Roberts University, she contributes to Blazon as its revisor and proofreader, ensuring clarity and theological precision in its publications.

Luciano and Kelly Subira have served as pastors at Comunidade Alcance Curitiba for over 26 years, faithfully shepherding their local church while also leading Orvalho.com, a ministry dedicated to the edification of the body of Christ. Together, they have authored several influential books, many of which became best-sellers in Brazil.
